Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policies

They are made to order and CANNOT BE ALTERED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. 

Due to the custom nature of the product we regret we are unable to give refunds. In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or remedied. Cancellations attract a 20% charge, after order is in processed mode which happens very quickly. Alterations, after an order is in processed mode, which happens quickly, to an order are $15 per alteration if achievable at time of request. In the unlikely event of a concern with the product on receipt it must be brought to our attention within 14 days. Shipping to anywhere outside the US may attract local customs and duty charges which are beyond our control. They are based on the customs laws of a receiving territory. We are not obliged to indemnify such costs should they arise. They will become a matter for the recipient. If any of these conditions are unacceptable please let us know immediately as we commence production very swiftly. Thanks.

Anything Handmade cannot be exchanged, refunded!  A return is ONLY if the item is flawed at that time it will be fixed by the manufacturer.

Return policy: We hope that you will never need to have your product return for any reason, that you will just love everything about our products.  In the event your product is not as you expected, you may return it for a Refund or Exchange it for another style, color or size within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must not be worn or washed.
  • Merchandise needs to have All original tags attached.
  • Merchandise purchased on sale can be exchanged hassle-free.

Returns/Exchanges-Clothing Only that are not HANDMADE!

To begin your return or exchange, please contact us at support@tippyredco.org stating the reason for return.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

  1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be available.)
  2. Mail your return to address provided to you via email.
  3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost, or we will issue your refund.
  4. Please ensure that all returns are shipped with valid tracking.

Refunds-Clothing Only that are not HANDMADE

  1. Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
  2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. (You will ONLY be refunded for the actual item(s) purchased).

Shipping: Shipping may vary based on zip code and package size and the time requested for delivery.
